Established in 2016, AIM REIT Management Co., Ltd. is the first independent Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) management firm,
guided by a strong belief that the independent REIT management platform can create the new era of the real estate industry by being the

To identify and select core assets in which REIT will invest.
To deliberate on core asset investments and conduct due diligence in accordance with the investment policies of specific REIT and relevant rules and regulations.
To arrange for the asset valuation that the REIT will invest, in accordance with the criteria set forth in the SEC’s regulations and selected appraisers, based on the predetermined selection criteria.
To collaborate with relevant departments to review the asset valuation reports, the completeness and correctness of the number of assets, the reasonableness of valuation approaches and assumptions, the appraisal values, etc.
To work with relevant departments on the execution of purchase and sale agreements and the transfer of asset.
To review core asset disposal transactions in accordance with the established control mechanism.
To consider acquisition and disposal of other assets that are related to core assets in accordance with the investment policies of specific REIT.
Male or Female, age between 25-35 years.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3-year working experience with demonstrated expertise in financial field such as investment banking, corporate banking, or other finance functions. Knowledge of REIT management and fund manager is a plus.
Strong financial modeling and PC skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to understand financial models and perform ad-hoc adjustments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Detail oriented and well-organized.
Ability to work in challenging fast-paced and flexible environment. Ability to work independently and team.
Revise agreements and legal documents both in Thai & English to ensure all matters are complied with governed rules and regulations.
Giving advices to business units concerning to SEC, SET and related regulations.
Develop and implement compliance policies and internal rules.
Coordinate with regulators and internal audit to ensure compliance issues.
Conduct corporate secretarial works related to both company and board of director’s levels.
Handle Board, Company Shareholders’, Trustunitholders’ Meetings, and all related corporate records and take minutes of all meetings.
Liaise with auditors, lawyers, tax advisers, bankers and shareholders on board governance issues.
Male/Female age between 25-35 years old.
Bachelor degree or higher in law or related field.
4-6 Years of experience in compliance and/or corporate governance for listed company with legal experience is a plus.
Good knowledge of SEC, SET and related regulations are preferable.
Experience in Asset Management Company (especially in Property Fund) or Securities Company are preferable.
Proficient skills in MS Office
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in teams.
